About Me
I believe in anti-oppressive practice, the reciprocal nature of the person and their environment, and the right of all people to have access to quality mental health care that caters to their unique needs. Clients describe my approach to therapy as educational, yet relatable. I’m never going to speak over your head or judge you; but I will use my skills and education to ensure research based interventions with proven records of success. My practice specialties are marriage and men. I primarily see Black and Inter-racial couples, or urban men and women; but I welcome all races, sexual orientations, and stages of life.
