August Community Meeting

Join us for the August community meeting where Brittany and Laura will share their experiences and insights learned from attending a training on the intersection of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). They will introduce us to the theory and practice of IFS and EFT, as well as discuss how these two approaches can be used in combination to help clients have a deeper understanding of their emotions and relationships. Come join us to learn more about IFS and EFT and how they are used together! We welcome clinicians at all levels of familiarity with EFT and/or IFS to join us for this discussion.
