About Me
I help couples build closer, more satisfying relationships when a stressful situation is taking a toll on their relationship. These are times when a strong relationship and supportive partner can make all the difference in our well-being. Yet these are also the times when we do things that make it hard for our partners to come close, such as being irritable, sensitive, or defensive. As a clinical psychologist and certified EFT therapist, I help couples interrupt negative cycles that lead to disconnection and learn how to reach for their partners in ways that help the partner respond supportively.
